You can cancel your visa application and request a refund directly through your account. The refund will go back to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days. Log in to your account now to start the cancellation process.
Yes, we received your documents. We are currently processing your application. You will receive the eVisa by email once the Immigration Office approves it.
In order to process your application, please provide a copy of your passport (clear, color, showing all four corners of the page with data) and a photo (on a neutral background, face facing forward, without glasses). Documents can be sent in response to this message.
You will receive your visa once the application is approved. The Immigration Office will notify you of any updates. Check your email for the eVisa once it's approved.
